(EXPORUM – 2025/8/25) EXPORUM(CEO Shin Hyun-dae), a leading organizer of the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conventions, and Exhibitions) industry, announced on the 25th that it has recently acquired three new core technology patents related to "AI-Based Business Matching," "Exhibition Management and Effectiveness Measurement," and "Hybrid Exhibition Management Server," all of which are directly related to exhibition operations and digital transformation.

This acquisition of a core technology patent for EXPORUM is expected to be a significant turning point, going beyond simply accumulating technological assets. It will also serve as a catalyst for EXPORUM's rapid transformation into a MICE-Tech technology company, thereby establishing a global exhibition platform and strengthening its future competitiveness.

EXPORUM has successfully hosted various industry exhibitions not only in Korea but also in France, Japan, Vietnam, and China, and is growing beyond Asia into a global business-based MICE specialist. Recently, EXPORUM has been making various efforts to shift the paradigm of the traditional MICE model through innovations such as the integration of digital technologies, the incorporation of ESG management elements, and event planning. The acquisition of this "MICE specialized technology patent" is expected to be a turning point.

With this "MICE specialized technology patent," EXPORUM plans to further its growth strategy for exhibition-related services by enhancing its multi-layered services, including "exhibition data integration," "intelligent participant matching," and "automated exhibition performance measurement and hybrid (on/off) operations."

Specifically, by accelerating the MICE-Tech transition, we will introduce data, AI, and cloud technologies to offline-centric exhibitions to quantify participant value and exhibition ROI. Furthermore, we will strengthen the requirements for global exhibitions by providing eco-friendly indicators such as carbon emissions tracking and recycled materials monitoring through ESG-based sustainable exhibition operations. Furthermore, we will strengthen the export/business linkage capabilities of domestic companies by providing automatic matching between participating companies and buyers, follow-up consultation tracking, and performance reporting. This will foster tangible overseas business. Furthermore, through exhibitions that serve as platforms for global expansion, we will take the lead in establishing a year-round exhibition platform that transcends regional boundaries, with multilingual and multi-time remote participation and content reuse capabilities.
